  1. If I advertise with you, how and where is my ad seen?

    First of all, you choose what region your ad will be seen in. With that, we assign a maximum number of clients per screen (1 set of ads per screen, on a total of 3 screens) to ensure that your ad is seen at least 24 times per hour / 288 times per day / 5760 times per cycle (32 hrs of air time per month!). Then, once the set of ads is played on each screen, each set of ads is moved to another screen so all of our advertisers get played on all 3 screens throughout the day.

  2. What do you mean by a 4-week cycle?

    When you purchase advertising with us, you have been guaranteed a play minimum of 3840 impressions. Since we offer the flexibility of starting an ad campaign mid-month and the truck will be used for advertising Monday through Friday from 7 am-11 pm, it’s easier to contract the campaigns as 4 Monday-to-Friday periods.

  3. What if the truck breaks down or can't be run sometime Monday to Friday? Is this lost advertising money for me?

    Absolutely not! This is why we keep the truck reserved on weekends to ensure that we give you the minimum guaranteed impressions per 4-week period. For example, if the truck goes in for maintenance on a Wednesday, we will automatically make up that lost time on a weekend day during the following 4-week period.

  4. How do you I know my ad is being played as much as Acti-media guarantees?

    Well, at the end of each period, you will receive a statement which details how much your ad plays. This identifies your ad’s total impressions and total air time your ad appeared. Furthermore, with our user interface, you can log on at anytime and see if your ad is playing in the rotation.

  5. Can your truck run during the day?

    Yes it can. Our vehicle is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and has the ability to run in full daylight without looking washed out or dull.

  6. Can your vehicle run in the winter months?

    Our vehicle has a climate-controlled interior so it can be run in temperatures as low as -30 degrees Celsius right up through 35 degrees Celsius.

  7. Can I advertise for only one 4-week cycle (1 month) to see the medium's effectiveness or am I locked into a longer contract?

    You can sign up for as little as one cycle or as long as six 4-week cycles. We are confident that you will see the effectiveness of our medium after advertising only one month with us, so there is no need to lock you in to unwanted advertising.
